1. Provide name(s), card #(s), address(es), event(s), and rodeo(s) on all contestants being entered.

2. When entering you may give 2 preferences, ie "1^st perf over 2^nd perf, 2^nd perf over 1^st perf".

   Slack may be used as a preference if listed. A contestant may use a 3^rd preference if wanted or

   Needed, ie "1 over 2 or out".

3. If using "out" as a 2^nd preference, be sure this is the only time you can be there. Giving "out" as

   The 2^nd preference does not guarantee you being drawn up on your 1^st preference.

4. A contestant may enter "out" if less than so many players, ie "if less than 20 entries, draw me out".

5. Be prepared to write down your verification number given to you at the end of the call.

1. Have name(s) and rodeo(s) which entered on call ins available.

2. Performance, position, and total number of entries for each rodeo and contestant entered will be given.

4. The day sheets posted on www.4rodeos.com are your verification if using the website.

1. All rodeo performances, (day sheets) may be viewed on call back days will be posted unofficial.

2. All changes will be made after call backs and posted official.

3. Be sure to click "REFRESH" to view the most recent day sheets.

1. Husband and wife count as one.

2. A team in the team roping count as one.

3. The maximum in a buddy group is FOUR(4).

4. A buddy group must be called in all at the same time, on ONE PHONE CALL!!

1. M-SRA card holders receive first priority over locals and nonmembers.

   If a rodeo is co-approved, all card holders receive the same status over locals and nonmembers.

2. If one entry in a buddy group is nonmember/local status, then the entire buddy group drops to

   nonmember/local status. Members DO NOT give nonmembers/locals membership status.

3. Locals have preference over nonmembers. You can one rodeo as a local each rodeo season.

1. If you arrive at the rodeo and are not posted as you believe you were told during call backs, take both

   verification numbers to the rodeo secretary and post a $50 bond. Stock and position will be drawn.

2. 4Rodeos will be contacted with the verification numbers and the tapes may be listened to.

a. If the contestant is correct and should have been on the sheet as arrived at the rodeo, the bond

   will be returned. 4Rodeos will then pay the contestant $25 and the stock contractor $25.

b. If the contestant is incorrect, the bond will be split between 4Rodeos and the stock contractor.

c. If the contestant competes on the incorrect performance and places, all monies won will be forfeited.

1. Entries are taken on Tuesday from 10AM-7PM, with call backs on Wednesday from 3PM-7PM.

2. The call in number is (308)643-2755. It will only be answered during entry or call back hours.

1. The entry line fee is $5/contestant/rodeo. All charges are to be paid to 4Rodeos.

2. A medical/vet release, no show, notify turn out, or draw out during call backs, will still owe the $5 fee.

3. If 4Rodeos draws you out, the $5 fee is waived.
