Email entries are accepted from Wednesday - Monday at 7PM for that Monday's rodeo entries.

TO EMAIL YOUR RODEO ENTRIES.....

1. Please read and know the guidelines.

2. Send your email entries to tkessler4rodeos@yahoo.com with the following information......

a. Provide name(s), card number(s), address(es), event(s), rodeo(s), and preferences for all

contestants being entered.

b. When entering please give 2 preferences. Slack may be used as a preference, if listed.

A contestant may use a 3rd preference if wanted or needed, ie "1 over 2 or out", or "slack

over 1 over 2".

c. If using "OUT" as a 2nd preference, please indicate this, however, be sure that the 1st

preference given is the only time you can be there. Giving "OUT" as the 2nd preference

DOES NOT guarantee you your first preference and could allow you to be completely drawn

out of the entries for that given rodeo.

d. A contestant may enter "OUT" if less than so many players, ie "if less than 20 entries, draw

me out". Please indicate accordingly.

3. I will reply to your email with an "email verification" to confirm your entry was received. On weeks

that there are several rodeos having entries being taken, please allow extra time to receive this

confirmation.

4. Email entries will be accepted anytime from Wednesday to Monday at 7PM CTRL for that current

Monday's actual rodeo entries. Please see the 2013 calendar for clarification.

5. Entering a "NONMEMBER" or with a "NONMEMBER".

a. A contestant without a membership of any association that the rodeo is approved or co-approved

is considered a "NONMEMBER".

b. If a contestant is entering a "NONMEMBER" in a buddy group the nonmember lowers the entire

buddy group's status to a nonmember level which lowers the priority status of your preferences.

c. When entering a "NONMEMBER" you must provide a current home address and a current phone

number for the entry to be accepted.

d. A "NONMEMBER" is required to give at least two preferences, possibly 3 depending on the rodeo

entering, for each rodeo entering.

BUDDY GROUP CRITERIA

Buddy groups consist of 1-4 people with a team in the team roping counting as "1" in a buddy group.

All other entries are a separate entry in the buddy group. Buddy groups need to be called in on one

phone call or one email, not separately. Thank you for your cooperation!
